Court Order Setting Payment Protocol for Non-Class Counsel

Settlement Approval Order
This Court Order, dated August 19, 2019, approves the Settlement Agreement and closes the list of Federal Indian Day Schools contained at Schedule K from further revision. Appendix A of the Order is the final list of all Federal Indian Day Schools included in the Settlement Agreement and is used by the Claims Administrator to assess eligibility.
