Claims Process

In a class proceeding / class action, one or more people called “plaintiffs” sue on behalf of people who have similar claims. All of these people are called a “class” or “class members.” The courts resolve the issues for everyone affected, except for those who exclude themselves from the lawsuits.

There are no legal fees or costs associated with applying for compensation. To be eligible for compensation, you must have attended one of the identified Day Schools listed on Schedule K, and experienced harm.

If you have questions about the class action and administration process, you may contact the Administrator toll free at 1-888-221-2898.
