If you filed an Extension Request Form which was received by the Claims Administrator on or before January 13, 2023 but did not submit your accompanying Claim Form, you are now eligible to do so. This update follows a Federal Court Order, dated February 7, 2024 that allows for the submission of these impacted claims.

If you received a letter and Claim Form from the Claims Administrator, you are encouraged to contact Class Counsel and complete the Claim Form at your earliest convenience to ensure that your application is processed soon.
